Dilemma: I can't not run. It makes me unhealthy and miserable. But I can't run outside by myself because I'd be paranoid the whole time. That leaves two solutions:
1) Wake up super early to run (not likely to happen, these days 8 hours of sleep doesn't even feel like enough)
2) Join a gym.
I hate both options so much. Asia, I miss you so.
...or go running with a friend!
